Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Uraio Store platform ("Uraio Store", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.

3. Orders & payments

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via Paystack, Flutterwave and Uraio Pay. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the applicable amount. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or erroneous.

4. Sellers & product listings

Products on the platform may be listed by independent sellers. While we work to keep listings accurate, product descriptions, images and availability are provided by sellers and are not guaranteed by Uraio Store.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Delivery & Returns policy. Refunds for approved returns are issued to the original payment method or Uraio Pay wallet.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access restricted areas, interfering with other users, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uraio Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
