Delivery & Returns
How we get your order to you, and what to do if you need to send it back.
🚚 Delivery
We offer standard and express delivery across all 36 states in Nigeria. Delivery times vary by location:
- Lagos — 1 to 3 business days
- Other states — 3 to 7 business days
- Remote/rural areas — up to 10 business days
Orders placed before 2 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Free standard delivery is available on orders above ₦100,000.
↩️ Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have a 7-day return window from delivery on eligible items.
You can request a return when:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The item doesn't match its description.
- You changed your mind (item must be unused and in original packaging).
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method or Uraio Pay wallet within 5 to 10 business days.
